Job Title: General Production Worker Job Description
Join our team as a General Production Worker where you will be responsible for managing parts on a roller conveyor. Utilizing a lift assist for heavy parts, you will load parts onto the conveyor and push them to the automated system. You will also be involved in unloading parts and preparing them for shipping. This role requires repetitive tasks and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Load parts onto a roller conveyor using a lift assist for heavy items.
Push loaded conveyors to the automated system.
Unload parts from the conveyor using lift assist.
Prepare parts for shipping by placing them in boxes.
Ensure all tasks are performed consistently and safely.
Essential Skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Experience with repetitive work in a manufacturing environment.
Strong attendance record.
Recent manufacturing experience with good tenure of 8 months to 1 year.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- General labor and production skills.

Work Environment
Work alongside a team of three on a production line. The facility is equipped with newer machines, and while lighting is dim, the environment is not excessively noisy. Adhere to the dress code which includes oil-resistant shoes or steel toes, no cutoffs, hats worn forward, and avoiding loose clothing.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fraser, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
