Position Title: Customer Data Product Owner
Position Duties: Translate high-level strategy and product direction into sub-epics, features, and user stories. Utilize understanding of business requirements to convey them both internally and externally to technical development teams. Work with a technical team to provide customer and marketing data solutions, including continued refinement based on a rapidly evolving business. Work across the Global Data Insights & Analytics (GDI&A) organization and with external vendors for information sharing, joint project development, collaboration, and reporting. Consult with key project stakeholders to understand business drivers and translate them into specifications for functional and well-defined data products. Elicit, capture, analyze, refine, and document business requirements and user stories.
Telecommuting allowed 80% of the time.
