Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, inventory, forklift operations)
- Supervise, train, and manage warehouse staff and team leads
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and proper equipment use
- Monitor inventory flow, storage, and rotation processes
- Improve operational efficiency and quality control measures
- Partner with accounting on invoicing and billing issues
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation
- Adjust staffing to meet production and customer demand
- Support budgeting and equipment planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Management, or related field (preferred)
- 4+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Office preferred)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written English)
