Location: Flint, MI (Some Travel Required Across Michigan)

Primary Responsibilities:
- Build candidate pipelines and source talent using multiple platforms.
- Screen, interview, evaluate, and select candidates to fill open positions.
- Perform background checks and ensure compliance with onboarding procedures.
- Lead new hire orientations and ensure timely onboarding for all assigned sites.
- Train site supervisors on orientation and hiring documentation procedures.
- Assist in drafting and implementing employee corrective actions.
- Support Operations and Site Supervisors with recruiting strategy and execution.
- Maintain employee records, compile reports, and respond to HR requests.
- Resolve employee relations issues in partnership with site leadership.
- Travel to assigned sites as needed to support hiring and HR functions.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience using social networks, databases, and cold outreach methods.
- Tenacious, upbeat personality with a desire to grow in HR.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ATS systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and travel to support field sites.
- Valid driver's license and clear driving record.
