Expanding residential property management company seeking to add to our maintenance team.
We currently have full and part time technician positions available in Mt Pleasant and St Louis, Michigan. Full time positions provide great benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, generous vacations and holidays, and a superior 401K plan. Salary range $18-$22/hour. Technicians will provide a wide range of services to existing residents, complete turn services, and assist with lawn care and snow removal. Candidates should excel in customer service. Previous experience and certifications are a plus, but we will train the right candidates.
