Dimensional Engineer (full-time, one position)
KUKA Systems North America LLC seeks in Sterling Heights, MI to address all quality issues within assembly systems. Review statistical data and develop root cause analysis plans and corrective actions with the help of project team members. Review data provided by measurement/validation systems (in station, downstream, and end of line). Review data with quality-responsible parties within the plant to ensure concurrence with issues and agreement with improvement plans.??Must have Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field, plus 3 years of automotive engineering experience in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, Tolerance Stack-up Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis. In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent), we will accept a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) earned through any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience, as determined by a professional evaluation service. All experience may be acquired concurrently. Domestic travel required up to 20% and international travel up to 5%, to be reimbursed by employer. $107,661.00/yr. 40 hrs/wk. M-F. 8AM to 5PM.
