- High School Diploma or GED required; coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Child Development Associate (CDA) is not required but is preferred.
- Previous experience working with children in an early childhood setting is a plus.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to engage in physical activity with children and lift up to 30-40 pounds.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Positive, patient, and flexible demeanor with a strong work ethic.

Work Schedule:
- 12PM-6PM, Monday to Friday.
- No nights, weekends, or holidays.
- Flexibility to work between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with specific scheduling requirements based on classroom needs.
