Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $16 - $16 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Machine Operator:
Operate production machinery to manufacture metal components per specifications
Load raw materials and unload finished products from machines
Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed
Inspect parts for quality, defects, and accuracy throughout the production process
Complete production and quality documentation accurately
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures at all times
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
Cross-train on multiple machines and production lines as needed
Available shifts:
Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening)
Job requirements:
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
Background check and Drug screening required
