Note:
So, they would work every other Wednesday, then Thursday-Saturday. So, every other week they will have OT.
They would have Sunday through Tuesday off, 7p-7am.
The start date is a moving target, but the manager is looking for someone ASAP
2nd half of week shift - Wednesday (every other wed) midnight to 7a, Thursday - Saturday 12 hours 7p - 7a as the weather permits (drivers will be unable to work if the weather is bad.
Job Description:
Drivers are given territories to drive called sections. They are to drive 2 passes each road within that section over 3 different nights. Drivers are required to review the territories given and determine the best/most efficient route to drive. Areas include all public streets, highways, and off and on ramps and roads. Knowing how to route yourself is key.
This is a contract position through *** driving a vehicle for Advanced Methane Emissions. The vehicle is built to comply with road-safe laws and does not pose any special risk to others on the road.
Required Qualification:
Associate must enjoy driving with flexibility in schedule.
Must live in mapping area (<1 hour commute) and possesses knowledge of local roads and traffic trends-VERY IMPORTANT.
Dependable & Reliable.
Drivers are responsible for ensuring the car is operational on a daily basis.
Will be responsible for parking and securing car at the end of each day at CE service center.
Drivers to be responsible to leave car with service center for routine car maintenance i. e. oil change, tire rotation, etc.
Drivers will be filling out survey 1-2-3 on company phone, setting up tablet and car computer daily, starting and stopping surveys on the tablet, weekly call-in meetings.
Initial face-to face training and periodic follow-up specialized Picarro training.
Ability to clear a DMV check, in addition to required account background checks.
Ability to pass a 5 Panel Drug Screen or Oral Fluid Drug Screen (not billed to client so whichever is most cost efficient)
Required Skills:
Chauffeur's license is required for this position!
Excellent driving record.
Familiar with GPS.
Must know how to use a smart phone.
Can understand advanced computer skills.
CDL license is preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly.
Self-motivated and detailed oriented.
Experience with commercial driving is a huge plus. Reliable!
