As a CLS Specialist, you aren't just "providing care"-you are a bridge to independence. You are the person who helps someone with intellectual or developmental disabilities navigate their world, build new skills, and find their voice.
Your day-to-day might look like:
Exploring the Community: Helping someone find a great volunteer spot or a new hobby.

What We're Looking For
The Right Heart: You are patient, motivating, and believe in empowerment.
Reliability: You have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid Michigan Driver's License with reliable transportation.

Clean Record: A clear criminal background check is required.
