As a Finishing Specialist, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting quality assurance and ensuring the highest standards of aerospace product finishing. Shift: Multiple shifts available
(6:00am-2:00pm Monday - Friday, 2:00pm-10:00pm Monday-Friday, 10:00pm-6:00am, Sunday-Thursday)
What's the Job?
Perform visual inspections of aerospace components to ensure quality standards are met
Use manual and automatic hand tools to deburr aerospace products, removing burrs and imperfections
Scan parts to complete operations and accurately maintain process records
Collaborate with the Quality department for part approval and process improvements
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols

Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping
Knowledge of essential hand tools and deburring techniques
Strong attention to detail and precision in work
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
