Job Description
Responsible for managing and supervising 50-80 workforce and holding employees accountable for following processes pertaining to daily work assignments
Support continuous improvement and coach problem resolution to the lowest level
Optimize throughput in accordance with budgets and cost objectives
Meet First Time Through, inventory, cost, scrap, supply, and tooling expense targets
Create a conducive work environment for the team(s) to complete their assigned responsibilities / tasks
Basic administration of supervisory responsibilities and documents
Compensation:
$30/hr

Skills and Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years of supervisory experience managing unionized work force or hourly employees
Comfortable working midnights (10pm-6am) or afternoons (2pm-10pm) and up to 10 hours OT each week (could be weekend work)
