Duties and Responsibilities: Apply knowledge of engineering technology and biological science to agricultural problems concerned with power and machinery, electrification, structures, soil and water conservation, and processing of agricultural products. Work with agricultural production teams and trial gardens. Work on solving soil and seed issues. Ensure young plants are developed, grown, transported, and distributed according to company and industry standards. Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or Agriculture, plus two years of experience as Agricultural Engineer, Agricultural Supervisor/Manager, Operations Specialist, or related position required. Experience with agricultural-related logistics, small farm tractor, lift truck, soil preparation and seed recommendation required. Monday-Sunday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Jobsite: Litchfield, MI.
