Position Overview
PCI is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Representative to help drive company growth through new customer acquisition and strategic expansion of existing accounts. This team member will focus on building strong customer relationships, managing account activities, conducting proactive sales outreach, promoting PCI’s products and services, and supporting occasional quote or order processing needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen customer relationships through proactive communication.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to promote PCI products and services.
- Identify new business opportunities and support expansion of existing accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans for targeted customers.
- Manage account activities, ensure follow-through, and maintain organized communication records.
- Occasionally support quote and order processing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs and opportunities are addressed.
- Represent PCI with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset.
