This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a Raymond James office location a minimum of 10-12 days a month.

Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain Linux server environments (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
Troubleshoot complex systems, including network issues within production environments.
Deep understanding of the layout of a typical Linux system and understanding of the major system components.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash, Python, or similar languages.
Manage 3rd Party application installs, configurations and migrations.
Deploy and operate containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
Monitoring experience with DataDog or Dynatrace, and or Splunk experience
Maintain secure system configurations, including patching, SSL, access controls, and hardened builds.
Work with infrastructure-as-code and orchestration tools (Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins).
Experience with:
Concepts, principles and practices of systems administration.
Application and web technologies.
Monitoring tools to ensure required availability of assigned systems.
Active Directory and DNS.
Backup and recovery technologies.
Virtualization concepts and technologies.
Network and security concepts and technologies.
Ability to:
Identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities; compare data from different sources to draw conclusions.
Clearly convey information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.

Work a non-standard shift including nights and/or weekends and/or have on-call responsibilities.
