Position Overview
Blue Water Healing Clinic is seeking experienced and compassionate Licensed Mental
Health Therapists (LMSW or LPC) to join our growing clinical team. This role offers the
opportunity to provide high-quality mental health services to individuals, couples, and
families in a supportive and collaborative clinical environment.
Our clinic serves clients experiencing a variety of behavioral health challenges including
anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, and other mental
health needs. Clinicians will have the flexibility to manage their schedules while receiving
administrative and operational support from our team.
Responsibilities
Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the EHR system
Manage an active caseload of clients
Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with Michigan
licensing requirements
Collaborate with other clinicians and referral partners when appropriate
Participate in occasional team meetings and clinical collaboration
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Active Michigan License (LMSW or LPC)
Ability to practice independently in the State of Michigan
Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and maintain a caseload
Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
