About Blue Water Healing Clinic
Blue Water Healing Clinic provides operational, credentialing, and business development
support to mental health professionals and healthcare organizations. Our mission is to
empower clinicians to build sustainable, independent practices while maintaining high
standards of clinical care.
(Hybrid / Telehealth Opportunities Available)
Blue Water Healing Clinic is seeking motivated mental health clinicians to participate in
our Clinician-to-Clinical Owner (C2C) Program, a structured professional development
program designed to help clinicians transition from practicing therapy to owning and
operating their own private practice.
The C2C program provides clinicians with the opportunity to work within Blue Water’s
clinical ecosystem while building the full infrastructure of their own practice. Participants
receive supervised clinical experience, develop a client base, and gain hands-on
business development support within a guided transition model.
C-2C overview:
This is not a traditional employment role. It is a career pathway designed to prepare
clinicians for independent practice ownership. The program bridges the gap between clinical expertise and business ownership, allowing clinicians to build their future practice while actively serving clients.
