TITLE: Contents Department Leader
REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of experience working with Albi and Encircle.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of emergency service industry standards and protocols.
JOB DUTIES: Manage a team of technicians and oversee daily operations for pack-out, and move-in services. Ensure efficient scheduling, task assignment, and job coordination while conduct weekly vehicle and task inspections to ensure all equipment and tools are in top condition. Responsible for accurate job file management in Albi and Encircle platforms. Conduct team training sessions and mentoring to support technician development and uphold industry standards. Overseeing the cleaning and restoration of personal belongings.
SALARY: $57,600 per year.
TRAVEL DETAILS: Travel to Grand Rapids area, Michigan, 1-2 times per week.
