Job Description
- Utilize industry resources to predict future trends from 3rd party safety rating organizations
o Latin NCAP, US-NCAP, IIHS, etc
Continuous monitoring, summarizing, and reporting of industry safety trends
Technical Safety Data Maintenance
o Maintain official external safety test schedules
o Develop/Maintain Test Result Databases
- IIHS Top Safety Pick Award
o Populate test results and final ratings
o Co-work with sales teams and their marketing agencies in correct usage of safety award advertisements
o Maintain award status and trophy inventory
o Team activity, project, and travel calendar maintenance
o Vendor communication
o Project status tracking
o Budget Support Tasks
Monitor / Analyze budget status
Purchase process support (RFQ, Purchase Request, Invoice submission)
Other Responsibilities :
o Summarize & report research from 3rd party safety organizations and competitor
o Summarize & report future test protocols / requirement
o Safety research meeting minutes creation
o General administrative support for department as needed

Skills and Requirements
1-3 years of experience in research or similar field
Familiar with using databases and other research resources
Proficient in database development
Proficient time management and organization skills
Excellent Communication Skills (oral and written)
Strong Analytical and reporting skills
Proficient skills in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Knowledge of Automotive Industry (safety related topics) - VBA/Macro, Coding experience and familiarity
