The Service Engineering & Operations (SE&O) Business Office Specialist reports directly to the SE&O Business Operations Manager. The SE&O Business Office Specialist is responsible supporting activities related to business operations of the organization which may include assisting with: governance, strategic planning and project management support as well as other projects as assigned.
What you'll do...
Operations Support
Support the Business Ops Manager with global governance forums which includes developing agendas, coordinating with presenters, actively participating in meetings, and meticulously tracking action items to completion.
Contribute to monthly Business Operations reviews for SE&O by preparing comprehensive data and analytical input for SE&O.
Maintain SE&O governance calendars on a recurring basis, ensuring accuracy and timely communication of key organizational activities.
Monitor and track assignments driving accountability and ensuring timely, high-quality completion of tasks.
Provide PMO support as needed.
Oversee and maintain the SE&O Executive Director's SharePoint site, centralizing critical information and enhancing organizational transparency and accessibility for stakeholders.
Coordinate and synthesize performance data for underperforming areas, delivering concise and timely updates to the leadership team to support informed decision-making.
Assist in the development and execution of SE&O business plans through administrative and analytical contributions.
Provide analytical support for special studies and ad hoc initiatives.
Develop detailed, data-driven content for high-impact business presentations.
Strategic Support
Support coordination of PDCAs with DRIs when monthly KPI performance is below plan
Complete ad hoc and special projects in alignment with strategic priorities.
Provide whitespace thinking on new, emerging, and complex challenges and opportunities for the business.
You'll have...
Minimum
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with experience in business, finance, or a similar area
2 -5 years experience in business operations
A highly curious and humble nature that pushes you to dig deep into answering
questions while being flexible in your opinions and data-driven in your recommendations
Demonstrated growth of being accountable for increased responsibilities
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
Comfort with ambiguity and proficiency in the ability to plan, organize, and drive results in an unstructured environment
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
Ability to build strong relationships, work effectively with a team, and demonstrate emotional resilience
Self-Starter and quick-learner with ability to multi-task and work on multiple/complex projects at the same time
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail
Master Excel and PowerPoint skills required

This position is a range of salary grades 6-8 and ranges from $72,480-162,120.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
