Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Technical Advisor opportunity at NDX Davis Dental Laboratory in Wyoming, MI.
The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
Process outgoing calls to customer in a timely manner
Facilitate assigned technical area technical calls
Coordinate technical training with vendor representatives for the laboratory team members
Complete an "administrative quality inspection" on all cases, including checking items on the work ticket, prescription, billing accuracy, and adding personal notes where appropriate
Analyze remakes by customer and ensure any issues are resolved
Participate in department meetings to share customer feedback
Review Final QC data with department manager for resolution
Work with sales team members and assist with programs as needed
All other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities Required:
Must be able to understand, read, write and speak English
Must have computer skills including typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office products

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
Required: High school diploma or equivalent
Required: Minimum 5 years of experience in a dental environment
Preferred: Production experience
Preferred: Customer Service experience
