As a Repair & Overhaul Maintenance Analyst II here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in supporting the repair and overhaul maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and enhancing operational efficiency through data analysis and process optimization.
You will report directly to our Senior Service and Repair Manager and you'll work On-Site out of our Boyne City, MI location on a On-Site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the organization's maintenance operations by providing analytical support, identifying trends, and implementing improvements that drive efficiency and compliance within the repair and overhaul processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze repair and overhaul data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Support the development and implementation of maintenance strategies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsible for managing the Safety Management System (SMS) program
Responsible for managing TAT Data, AOG Data, and Warranty Data
Responsible for managing Quality issues
YOU MUST HAVE
6 or more years of experience in repair and overhaul maintenance.
Strong knowledge of repair and overhaul processes and methodologies.
Proficiency in maintenance management systems and analytical tools.
Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements effectively.
Experience with compliance standards and regulatory requirements in maintenance operations.
