
Automotive Leadership Position — High-Performance Leader Wanted (Automotive Repair)
A high-volume, independent family-owned 9-bay automotive repair facility in Genesee County is seeking an experienced automotive professional for a leadership position within our organization. This role is designed for a motivated individual who has the ability to lead teams, improve operations, team performance, and profitability.
We are not looking for someone to “manage.”
We are looking for someone to lead, execute, and produce results.
If you have not successfully run a shop before, this role is not for you.

You Will Be Responsible For
- Full operational control of a busy 9-bay facility
- Hiring, training, and performance management
- Driving KPIs: ARO, car count, productivity, margins
- Building a strong, winning culture
- Delivering a top-tier customer experience
- Implementing systems that improve efficiency, profit and customer satisfaction
? Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Prior success managing an automotive repair facility
- Strong understanding of shop financials and KPIs
- Ability to lead technicians and service advisors effectively
- Proven history of team development and retention
- Professional, decisive leadership style
Compensation
$70,000 — $100,000 annually (Base + Performance Incentives)
Top performers will earn at the top of the range or beyond
