Oversee day-to-day delivery of multiple sewer rehabilitation programs. Translate contract requirements and owner priorities into executable plans; sequences, direct field operations and subcontractors; and manage scope, schedule, safety, quality, and compliance from planning through closeout. Manage project finances end-to-end: build and track budgets and forecasts; maintain cost codes and earned-value; prepare monthly pay applications and sworn statements; review and reconcile vendor/subcontractor invoices; administer and negotiate change orders; and monitor retention, cash flow, and contingency. Keep internal cost reporting aligned with e-Builder so quantities, unit prices, and backup match contract books and pay items. Plan and oversee condition assessment (cleaning/CCTV/PACP) and select/document rehabilitation methods—including CIPP, geopolymer spray lining, sectional point repairs, and open-cut where required—based on inspection data, site constraints, and specifications. Prepare/review submittals, RFIs, method statements, shop drawings, and schedules; coordinate bypass pumping, traffic control, access/egress, and restoration; implement QA/QC for pre-installation checks, liner installation and curing, thickness/testing, and final acceptance; and drive punch-list resolution and turnover packages. Lead progress meetings and keep stakeholders aligned—customer, engineering consultants, utilities, and City/State agencies. Manage procurement of materials and specialty services, track lead times, and ensure Business Clearance/COI and other compliance items remain current. Maintain production/cost/schedule dashboards; analyze inspection and asset data (e.g., GIS/PACP histories) to prioritize segments and support decisions; and prepare risk registers, executive summaries, and recovery plans when variances arise. Will work under the supervision of a licensed Professional Engineer. Work with AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, ArcGIS, asset databases, e-Builder, and Microsoft 365.
