Title: Records Processor / Front Desk Coordinator
Duration: 6+ months Contract
Pay rate: $21/hr w2
Location: Flint, MI 48503
Shift timings: Mon - Fri 8 AM - 5 PM

Job Description:
Process incoming transcripts.
Process outgoing transcript orders.
Student record changes (Forms).
Research new transfer courses and communicate with Academic Divisions.
Answering Residency questions and processing forms.
Laserfiche scanning/online form processing.
Running Reports from Colleague.
Role & Responsibilities:
Excellent communication skills.
Able to sit and concentrate on a project for long periods of time.
Problem solving skill.
Customer relations experience.
Able to work in a high traffic area with frequent disruptions.
Required Qualifications:
Associate Degree.
Experience in Gmail and Google Drive/Suite.
Experience in an office setting.
Information Systems Database experience.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience working in a Higher Education setting.
Experience working in Colleague.
Experience working with a document scanning product.
Experience with Electronic Form processing.
