Setting: 100% Inpatient
Call/Weekends: No weekends. Call, as manager must be available at least by phone unless someone is covering for time off.
Position Overview:
Henry Ford Health System is seeking a full-time Manager Neonatal Nurse for an internal opportunity. This role includes 25% clinical practice and provides leadership and management oversight within the neonatal nursing team. The APP may potentially locate to other sites to meet with staff and support operations across multiple system locations. Preferred qualifications include demonstrated leadership and management experience, along with a strong commitment to clinical excellence and team development.
Employment contingent upon credentialing and completion of Employee Health screening per HFHS policy.
Qualifications:
Education & Training
· Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP):Completion of an accredited Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program (CCNE or NLNAC)
Licensure
· Current licensureas a Nurse Practitioner, Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
Certification
· NNP: Certification by theNational Certification Corporation (NCC)
