We specialize in producing high-performance filler metals-including metal-cored, flux-cored, solid wire, aluminum, and stick electrodes-that set the bar for quality, weldability, and reliability. We pair innovation with a uniquely collaborative culture, partnering directly with end users to solve complex welding challenges and elevate productivity.
We're looking for a forward-thinking Product Manager for our Aluminum products to help us continue leading the industry.

As the primary partner to our sales team and a key strategic influencer in the division, you'll own the vision, roadmap, and results for our Aluminum product family. Your work will directly influence growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction across the entire enterprise.

What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
3+ years of product management or relevant experience
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Proven track record of successful product commercialization
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and project management tools
