Job Title: General Production and Assembly Worker
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated General Production and Assembly Worker to join our team. This position operates on a 1st shift schedule from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, comprising a 40-hour work week. The role involves performing general production and assembly tasks at our manufacturing facility, with potential travel to our Muskegon location, for which mileage will be reimbursed.
Responsibilities
Perform general production and assembly tasks according to work instructions.
Utilize hand tools and power tools, such as drills, impact tools, and grinders, safely and effectively.
Assemble components, sub-assemblies, and finished products with accuracy.
Inspect parts for quality, fit, and finish, and report any defects or inconsistencies.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures.
Support material flow and production needs as directed.
Essential Skills
Experience in general labor, assembly, and general production.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
Ability to read basic work instructions, follow processes, and meet production standards.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Stable work history with 2+ years of consistent tenure in previous roles.
Manufacturing with experience in production or assembly environments.
No negative or "bad finish" codes in employment history.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
