Cinderella is an independent wholesale distributor of pool and spa leisure products, that just recently joined the SRS Distribution and Heritage Pool Supply Family of companies, so we have the small family business feel with some long-term and now nation-wide career opportunities.
For this position, we are looking for strong full-time candidates as well as seasonal candidates, so we have a little for just about anybody looking for a M-F warehouse job. The pay rate begins at the $16-$21 based on previous experience and demonstrated skill sets during the face-to-face interview.
The ideal full-time warehouse employee would have at least 5 years or more experience in proficient use of a forklift, reach truck, front-rider, cherry picker, and RF scan gun.
They would be experienced in:
- unloading inbound material, and accurately receiving material to license plate ID’s using RF
- accurately checking in inbound material against a supplier’s packing slip, and able to identify and report discrepancies
- putting material away to primary bin locations, as well as overstock bin locations in an organized and efficient manner
- assigning new primary bin locations using analytics to assure that the right items are in the right locations for efficiency
- using ERP’s and WMS systems to control, monitor, and complete inbound, outbound and inventory management functions
- pick, pack, and process small parcel shipments
- pick, wrap, and process LTL shipments
- pick, pack, wrap, and loading using RF company delivery trucks
- knowledge of DOT hazmat and loading requirements
