- Associate’s degree in business, Leadership or Accounting desired and/or two years minimum Human Resource experience knowledge helpful but not required.
- Tact, above average communication skills, ability to work effectively with both employees and managers.
- Ability to convey a positive and professional image to applicants and employees.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Must possess skills in typing, data entry and experience using Microsoft Office software.
