Position Overview
We are seeking dependable caregivers who are comfortable working within clearly defined care plans and professional standards.
Assignments may include:
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Mobility supervision
• Post-hospital transition support
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping related to care
• Routine establishment and stabilization
• Objective shift documentation
Caregivers are expected to follow structured service plans and maintain professional communication at all times.
Qualifications
• Prior caregiving experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
