Sr. Analysts, OTC with Rivian Automotive, LLC in Plymouth, MI. Will be responsible for understanding, maintaining, and building SAP, S/4 Hana capabilities and architecture to configure based on business requirement and direct developer for any custom development. Work closely with other software teams to strengthen integration with Digital Commerce tools. Act as an SAP analyst accountable for the design and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA capabilities focused on SAP SD. Participate in sales order, Pricing structure, Intercompany sales & Billing, Trade Compliance, Sales Billing, Subscription contract management, AR/AP process, IDOC and API development. Understand Customer/ Business Partner Management in SAP and Credit Management. Work with SAP SD and SAP VMS and leverage leading-practice business process knowledge & proficiency for from other industries specially in Automotive. Interacting with multiple levels of IT and business management. Develop interface using API/ IDOC and understand Sales master data (material master, sales organization etc). Integrate AI-driven insights to optimize SAP Sales Forecast processes.
Driving seamless collaboration with offshore teams. Contribute to the seamless integration of SAP Sales and Distribution with Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) for end-to-end revenue recognition processes. Design and manage integration points between SAP and multiple third-party web applications.
RQMTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field and 5 years [or a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent as stated above and 2 years] of experience in any occupation of SAP consultant, SAP Associate, or related. Experience must include delivering SAP Sales and Distributions; working with full-system implementation life cycles; SAP Credit Management and Business partner; SAP S/4 HANA; SAP API Integration; SAP Logistics Execution; and SAP VMS.
