Your Role
You will:

Supervise and guide youth throughout daily activities

Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment

Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency

Model appropriate communication, behavior, and conflict resolution

Monitor surroundings and intervene when necessary

Review logs at the start of each shift
-
Complete all documentation accurately before the end of shift

Participate fully in required trainings and meetings

Serve as a mandated reporter under Michigan Child Protection Law
