Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Cashier/Receptionist to join our Automotive team. This role is vital in providing exceptional customer service, managing transactions, and ensuring a smooth operation with the customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with POS systems, and a passion for creating a welcoming environment for customers.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries in person or over the phone
- Handle all cashiering responsibilities using POS systems, including cash handling and processing transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service
- Uphold phone etiquette when answering calls and directing inquires efficiently
- Support supervising staff in daily operations as required
- Ensure the area remains clean, organized, and welcoming
Experience
Prior experience in Automotive environment is a plus
Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures
Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for daily interactions
