Outlet Supervisor at our Flint Warehouse location
$16 an hour Monday - Friday 8 am to 5:30 pm (hours may differ)

_____________________________ Essential duties and responsibilities:
Open/Close Store
Ensure the building is Secure
Assist with procedures related to cash registers and cash handling
Deliver Excellent Customer Service
Maintain safe and secure work environment
Ability to appropriately handle customer concerns and or complaints
Stock and return merchandise
Ensure all merchandise is displayed appropriately
Maintain overall appearance of the store, directing staff as needed
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of store
Adhere to and enforce all Goodwill policies and procedures
_____________________________ Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Minimum of two years' retail experience (or related type work).
Ability to use the cash register and follow Goodwill Industries policies and procedures.
Ability to work full time; all shifts Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm and extra shifts as necessary.
Ability to lift 15-35 pounds.
Ability to hang merchandise; lifting up to six feet.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have telephone access.
Ability to bend and stoop
