Job Description
This role serves as the operational host for instructor-led Elevate classes, ensuring a consistent, safe, and inclusive learning experience for participants across a virtual environment. The host is responsible for opening and closing sessions using approved scripts, managing attendance and logistics, supporting instructors and participants, and reinforcing company values throughout the learning experience.
Responsibilities
Host assigned Elevate classes delivered virtually.
Remain present and engaged for the full duration of each assigned Elevate session to ensure continuity, consistency, and a high-quality participant experience.
Join sessions 15-30 minutes early to prepare logistics and connect with the instructor.
Deliver required opening and closing remarks, including Welcome and Separation Protocol, Safety Moment, and Intentional Inclusion Moment.
Introduce instructors and support smooth transitions throughout the session.
Track attendance, follow up with no-shows as needed, and submit completed attendance documentation within 24 hours.
Serve as the primary point of contact for instructors and participants during the session.
Support basic logistics, including chat support for virtual sessions.
Coordinate the collection and monthly distribution of participant post-session survey data to course facilitators.
Provide timely, accurate, and actionable feedback on course content and facilitator delivery.
Share post course survey links or QR codes and complete required Host feedback surveys.
For designated courses, manage start/end of session recordings in accordance with Elevate guidelines.
Perform other relevant administrative support activities.
Essential Skills
1-3 years of experience in roles like training coordinator, virtual meeting producer, learning and development support, HR coordinator, administrative support, or experience hosting or producing virtual sessions in platforms like Teams or Zoom.
Experience supporting training sessions, meetings, or facilitated events.
Availability to host multiple sessions throughout the year.
Reliable technology and internet access for virtual sessions.
Project coordination skills.
Strong verbal communication and professional presence.
Ability to confidently deliver scripted content.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfort using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and virtual meeting tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive participant experience.
Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with separation protocols.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Some college, associate degree, or bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. Equivalent experience in training support or administrative roles is also acceptable.
Work Environment
This position is 100% remote, allowing for flexibility and the ability to work from any location with reliable internet access.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
