Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour DOE

Schedule:
(Seeking BT's for evening hours at this time 3:30pm to 7pm)
*Monday to Friday, with rotational daytime hours on Saturday 10am-3pm.

Requirements:
• Have experience or the desire to work with children and/or adults
• High school or equivalent required
• Ability to assume and maintain different postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing)
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Outstanding social skills
• Clean, well-groomed appearance
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Commitment to become certified as a Registered Behavior Technician
• Ability to implement treatment plans
• Ability to undergo and successfully complete Criminal History Background Check (CHBC)
• Ability to undergo and successfully pass pre-employment and random drug tests
Qualifications:
• High school or equivalent required
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes
Physical Requirements:
• Able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to assume and maintain different postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time
• Must be willing and able to restrain/hold/transport and utilize quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Treatment Plan in the course of working with children with problem behaviors.
• Able to lift, turn, and transfer person served weighing up to 150 pounds with or without accommodations.
• Stoop, bend, kneel, and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds.
