Habitat for Humanity Capital Region is hiring a Residential Construction Site Supervisor to run safe, high-quality residential job sites while leading, teaching, and working alongside volunteers and support staff.

What you’ll do
- Lead day-to-day residential construction activities from site set-up to closeout.
- Plan and organize daily job site activities—prepare the day’s work plan, assign tasks, confirm materials/tools are ready, and adjust as needed.
- Teach, supervise, and work alongside volunteers and support staff by demonstrating tasks, assigning daily work, and coaching for safety and quality.
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and utilities; monitor quality and ensure work aligns with plans and codes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, secure job site; open/close the site daily and manage tools/materials responsibly.
- Communicate progress, needs, and schedule impacts with the Construction Director.
- Maintain site records as required and uphold OSHA-aligned safety standards.
