What Product or Services Marketing contributes to Cardinal Health
Marketing is responsible for assessing customer needs, market conditions, and competition to inform business strategy. Marketing implements the strategy through developing, commercializing, and monitoring the appropriate products and services.
Product or Services Marketing is responsible for defining the product or service and market strategy and life cycle management, including customer need identification, market research, product or service offering, pricing, positioning, promotion, branding, and sales enablement.
Job Summary
The Sr. Product Marketing Specialist, NPHS is responsible for owning and managing the NPHS webinar program while providing ancillary marketing and operational support to the NPHS products and services teams. This role serves as the primary point of coordination for webinar planning, execution, promotion, and post-event analysis, ensuring consistent, compliant, and high-quality delivery across a growing portfolio of NPHS educational and promotional programs.
In addition to webinar program management, this role provides marketing operations and execution support across NPHS, partnering closely with Product Management, Sales, Operations, and external agencies to enable commercial success.
Responsibilities:
NPHS Webinar Program Management
Own and manage the NPHS webinar calendar, including scheduling, timelines, and coordination across product and services teams.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners on speaker (KOL) scheduling and compliance requirements.
Lead end-to-end webinar execution, including platform setup, registration configuration, campaign setup, and session logistics.
Develop and execute webinar promotional plans across print, digital, email, and sales enablement channels.
Serve as the liaison for continuing education (CE) accreditation processes, including reporting to accrediting organizations and attendee completion documentation.
Manage post-webinar activities, including attendance tracking, metrics, reporting, surveys, and insights to inform future improvements.
Identify opportunities to improve webinar effectiveness, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Marketing Operations & Ancillary Marketing Support
Provide creative execution support for NPHS marketing initiatives through internal workflows or external agencies.
Manage content updates and maintenance within NPHS marketing repositories and sales enablement libraries.
Support campaign setup and management within Salesforce, including campaign entries and reporting.
Manage NPHS print material inventory and fulfillment processes with external vendors.
Support Sr. Product Managers with webinar content development, messaging, and presentation refinement as needed.
Conference and Meeting Support
Manage limited meeting and event requests through internal portals and tools.
Coordinate with event partners and vendors to support NPHS conferences and meetings.
Manage meeting timelines, deliverables, and logistics in close collaboration with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as a central point of contact between Professional Alliances and Education, Creative, Digital, and Communications teams with regard to promotion of upcoming educational events.
Communicate webinar calendars, campaign updates, and key milestones to internal teams to ensure alignment and execution readiness.
Support internal communications related to upcoming webinars, campaigns, and NPHS marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, marketing operations, or a related field, preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with attention to detail
Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with evolving priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with webinar platforms, CRM systems, or marketing automation tools is a plus
Ability to travel occasionally, as business needs require

Anticipated hourly range: $68,500-$88,020
