Job Title: Construction General Laborer Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Construction General Laborer, where you will collaborate with duct and kitchen cleaning crews to assist crew leaders in various cleanup tasks. You will utilize different methods and equipment to handle responsibilities effectively. The role involves traveling to diverse commercial facilities, hospitals, and industrial buildings to complete assigned tasks. Cleaning will primarily occur outside of vents, but may require entering tight spaces for certain cleanups. Daily, you will meet at our shop and travel to various sites to complete jobs, with some overnight travel that is compensated.
Responsibilities
Assist crew leaders in cleaning tasks using various methods and equipment.
Travel to different commercial, hospital, and industrial facilities to complete assignments.
Perform cleaning duties outside of vents and occasionally in tight spaces.
Meet at the shop daily and travel to job sites, with compensated overnight travel.
Essential Skills
At least 6 months of general labor experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfort working on flat rooftops and in smaller spaces.
Flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts with varying weekly schedules.
Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of basic hand tools.
Possession of a valid driver's license or state ID.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in air duct or kitchen exhaust fan cleaning.
Familiarity with vacuums and power washers.
Leadership experience or potential to lead crews.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
