The Clerk is responsible for accurately recording shipping and receiving information, performing administrative data entry tasks, and supporting inventory control activities. This role involves maintaining precise records in customer inventory management systems, processing documentation, and ensuring quality compliance.
Responsibilities for a Clerk include but are not limited to:
Enter customer part numbers, supplier information, and additional data into the customer inventory management system with 100% accuracy.
Perform data entry and administrative tasks using established computer programs.
Process shipping and receiving documents and input information from the bill of lading.
Dispatch orders and provide tags for customer part selection.
Process claims for misdirected parts and update claim information in the customer system.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure supplier compliance.
Participate in provided full training (no prior experience required).
Candidates for Clerk must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Minimum Requirements:
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
Experience using Microsoft Office.
Clerical or data entry experience.Physical Requirements:
Ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods of time.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
