Develop and maintain the requirements management process and work instructions.
Coach the engineering teams on executing the process
Maintain and report on requirements metrics
Set up and manage the requirements databases
Baseline and release the requirements
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ideally JAMA Connect but may be open to DOORS for Requirements Toolset, including:
Reengineering requirements workflow
Project Administration
Task Automation
Release Planning
Baselining and Releasing
Relationships between items
Reusing and Syncing
Expertise in Requirements Engineering Management at Enterprise scale
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Basic knowledge of ASPICE
ADAS technology
Proven track record delivering sophisticated solutions in an intensely collaborative product creation environment
Experience delivering a project with functional safety (ISO26262) and cyber security requirements.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.
