Develop data acquisition and integration for lithium-battery formation and automated logistics equipment, aggregating controller and sensor data into clean, analyzable datasets; monitor process performance with statistical methods, build time-series and multivariate models to predict yield, cycle time, and reliability, and generate data-driven recommendations; implement statistical process control and multivariate SPC with appropriate control limits and automated alerts to detect drift and special-cause variation; design and analyze experiments to optimize formation parameters and reduce scrap; perform measurement-system analysis and basic calibration to ensure data quality; create production dashboards and reports that visualize KPIs and support acceptance testing and buyoff; support installation, startup, and commissioning by using model insights to tune parameters and verify results against acceptance criteria and standards such as ITSO, STSO, and FTSO; investigate anomalies with structured statistical root-cause analysis and document corrective actions; maintain documentation, data lineage, and versioned analysis artifacts; train site personnel on data collection, interpretation, and basic analytics.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science and Statistics, or a related field.
