Ace Handyman Services is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Craftsman to join our highly rated handyman, repair, and remodeling team. We are looking for someone with strong multi-trade skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to high-integrity, long-term work.
This is a W2 position with year-round stability.
A company vehicle is provided for all job travel.
What You’ll Do
- Perform a wide range of handyman, maintenance, and repair tasks
- Complete work in customers’ homes and businesses in Traverse City and surrounding areas
- Deliver high-quality craftsmanship with strong attention to detail
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
- Document work performed using company processes
- Represent the Ace Handyman Services brand with professionalism and integrity

What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in multiple trades: carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, minor plumbing, minor electrical, door/window installs, deck work, and general home repairs
- Excellent communication skills and customer-service mindset
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation abilities
- Professional appearance and conduct
- High integrity and desire to grow with the company long-term
Requirements
- Standard set of tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Residence within 30 miles of Traverse City
- Reliable, consistent work ethic
- Ability to work independently and professionally in customers’ homes and businesses
