Responsible for providing support with engine calibration and testing with a focus on emissions and OBD; provide data logging, data collection, and summaries in connection with tailpipe emission and OBD targets/objectives testing and demonstrations; provide calibration input to support all releases and sign-off completion; collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop calibrations to optimize Emissions, OBD, and Drivability; responsible for maintaining calibration features and labels in quality system for consolidation into development and production calibration releases; ensure DVR Tailpipe emissions are completed according to corporate approved specifications and guidelines; utilize and apply knowledge of ETAS INCA, Powercal, Emission Test System (ETS), MATLAB, Simulink, Calibration Data Management (CDM), Calbert NG, Calterm, SAP, emissions control/OBD areas, ENDA documentation and powertrain system functional objectives to perform assigned duties; ensure OBD Sign-offs are in compliance with corporate guidelines, including full OBD self-cert sign-offs; and provide sign-off support and guidance as needed.
Location: Troy, Michigan and multiple undetermined worksites throughout the US;
Salary: $124,800 per year (Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), STD/LTD, life insurance, and EAP)
Education: Bachelors – Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree).

Experience: Four (4) years in the position above, as a Powertrain Engineer, as a Powertrain Engine Calibration Engineer, as a Mechanical Engineer – Calibration Integrator, as a Graduate Engineer, as a Junior Engineer, or in a related occupation.
