Our client, a leading organization in the automotive seating industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Accounting & Payroll Intern to join their team. As an Accounting & Payroll Intern, you will be part of the Business Operations department supporting the Payroll team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Accounting & Payroll Intern
Location: Plymouth, MI (Onsite)
Pay Range: $17.50-$22 ( based on program level)
What's the Job?
Enter, update, and validate employee payroll data with a high level of accuracy
Support weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payroll processing activities
Review payroll reports, templates, and exception items
Maintain organized and confidential payroll records
Assist with documentation updates and process standardization
What's Needed?
Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Available to work onsite in Plymouth, MI for 20 hours per week
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
