Job Title: BOM Engineer/AnalystJob Description
This position is crucial in both engineering and manufacturing processes. The BOM Engineer/Analyst will be responsible for managing engineering change orders, creating workflows and bills of materials, and ensuring product data quality for manufacturing. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work with Dematic's current database and ERP system.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain material masters and bills of materials.
Handle the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process by implementing changes into Teamcenter.
Review and document changes in drawings made by R&D in Teamcenter.
Ensure product data quality in bills of materials and material masters based on charted drawings and product documentation.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with SAP, PLM, and ERP systems.
Ability to read and interpret engineering and complex manufacturing drawings.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Design, or related fields.
Experience working with Engineering Change Orders and data management.

Work Environment
This role is primarily on-site, requiring attendance on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The position is part of a small, close-knit team that offers flexibility, including work-from-home opportunities. Typical working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
