Wages will be calculated based on a single workweek. Employees will be paid Friday.
The employer will comply with Michigan’s Earned Sick Time Act (2025) and will provide earned sick time to all H-2B and corresponding U.S. workers as required by state law.
Schedule: A typical scheduled workday is from 6AM to 3PM, Mon - Fri. The expected work schedule is approximately 40 hours per week. The employer may offer more hours than specified, depending on company needs, and other conditions. On-the-job training is available.
