Job duties include:
- Engage in financial analysis and transaction reconciliation across multiple business units to ensure adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), internal controls, and applicable regulatory requirements. Utilize advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data modeling, to maintain accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of financial reporting tools and dashboards using enterprise systems such as SAP ERP (Financial Accounting Module) and Power BI, streamlining processes to improve data integrity, operational transparency, and reporting efficiency.
- Support periodic internal audits and conduct variance and discrepancy analysis related to cash flow, disbursements, ACH transaction and deposit transactions in coordination with finance and compliance teams. Assist through financial analysis skills to identify trends, errors, and risk indicators.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and implement moderate process improvements in financial workflows, including billing, payment tracking, and cash management operations. Leverage advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to communicate findings, prepare documentation, and present actionable insights.
- Contribute to the development of forecasting models and accounting tools grounded in financial data and trend analysis to support improved planning, cost control, and policy decisions across functional areas.
