1. Possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Health Sciences, Educational Behavioral Health Sciences, Health Promotion, Public Administration, Public Health, Applied Science in Community Health;
OR
Possess an Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Health Sciences, Educational Behavioral Health Sciences, Health Promotion, Public Administration, Public Health, Applied Science in Community Health; AND Have a minimum of four years full-time work experience in health education, behavioral health change, substance abuse prevention;
OR
Be a high school graduate or have successfully completed the General Educational Development Test (GED); AND
Have a minimum of eight years full-time work experience in health education, behavioral health change, substance abuse prevention.
2. Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
